Step 3 w/c* May 20: What helps me when I get Anxious. What if? - Deconstructing the mental thoughts that cause the anxiety

No classes w/c* May 27: (Spring Festival, May 24-29)

Step 4 w/c* Jun 3: Emptiness - the self and the objects I normally see do not exist. Therefore I can stop worrying and live without fear.
