Morning Meditations

Mondays - Wednesday - Fridays

10 - 10:45am

Take time out of your day to relax, clear your mind and enjoy simple guided meditations and an inspiring ‘thought for the day’ to help you stay happy and positive and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for the rest of the day.

Suitable for beginners and experienced alike.

Monday Evening Classes

6:30 - 7:pm

These meditations comprise a modern presentation of Kadam Lamrim that is especially suited for training in virtue for busy people. 

Suitable for those wishing to explore how to transform their lives through applying the wisdom teachings of Buddha.

Thursday Evening Classes

7:30 - 8:45pm

Essential advice and meditations for how to solve our daily problems and discover true sources of happiness. Normally covering different topics over a period of three or more weeks.

Suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners.

Friday - Prayers for World Peace

Fridays 

5:30 - 6:30pm

Prayers for World Peace is a free meditation class that gives us the opportunity to develop a warm and loving heart.

Classes include two guided meditations a talk and inspiring prayers for world peace.

Suitable for everyone.

This event is free.

Sunday - Advice for a Happy Life

 10 - 11am

'Advice from Atisha’s Heart'.

Geshe Chekawa said "Always rely on a happy mind alone"

If we put Atisha’s advice into practice, and to meditate according to these instructions, we will develop a pure and peaceful mind, leading to a fulfilled and happy life.
