Step 1 w/c May 6th: What is Anxiety and what harm does it cause?

Step 2 w/c May 13: Why do we get Anxious? (Self Grasping and Self Cherishing)

Step 3 w/c May 20: What helps me when I get Anxious. What if? - Deconstructing the mental thoughts that cause the anxiety: (Patience; Compassion)

Step 4 w/c May 27th: Impermanence and dependent arising : the things I fear will change and my anxiety about them arises from mistaken conceptions. Thus I can remain at peace.

Step 5 w/c June 3rd: Emptiness - the self and the objects I normally see do not exist. Therefore I can stop worrying and live without anxiety.
