About

This 4 week Series of classes identifies anger as the most destructive mind we can have that causes us to experience only suffering and problems. It examines the causes of anger in our own mind and shows how by applying the opponents of patience, compassion, and wisdom we can become permanently free from this most destructive mind and instead, enjoy the peace of a calm, loving and compassionate mind.

What could be more beneficial for both ourselves and those around us?

Each class is self contained so you can drop into one or attend the whole series. Look out for block booking discount.

Class topics;

w/c  Feb 19: The faults of anger

w/c  Feb 26: Why we get angry

w/c  Mar 4:  Learning the patience of not retaliating and learning to accept whatever arises in our lives.

w/c  Mar 11: Finally, overcoming our anger completely through developing compassion and wisdom in our minds.

“In these degenerate times, when the causes of suffering abound and it is rare for even a day to pass without our experiencing physical or mental problems, the practice of patience is of supreme importance.”
