Real happiness and freedom from suffering can only be found inside our mind.
Being kind to yourself then really means changing the way you think to overcome the causes of your problems and instead learning how to create real happiness in our own mind.
In this half day course, Pauline will give teachings and lead meditations that enable you to find lasting happiness and freedom from all problems. If you can accomplish this you will be kind to yourself, and of real benefit to those you care about and beyond. You will experience the joy of creating a life that has great meaning and purpose.
