Emptiness

the wisdom that cuts through suffering

Emptiness is the true nature of all things. It means there is no objective reality and everything we perceive or understand to exist, is dependent upon our mind. If we come to understand this many good results will appear for us. Our problems arising from anger, anxiety, and uncontrolled desire will soften and eventually disappear. Then we can always experience and relax in, the peace we long for. 

If we want to solve our problems and experience inner peace all the time we need to realise the way things really exist.

Gen Tilopa will give teachings on the correct view of emptiness, guide meditations, and show how realising this wisdom will benefit our daily life.
