We offer a full program of meditation classes

( 45mins to an hour and a half ) 

and courses

half day, full day and weekend )

for all abilities and levels of interest.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is a way of calming and training our mind to be happy all the time. It is something everyone can learn. Through meditation we can control our feelings and emotions, gain inner strength, let go of stress and lead a more meaningful life that not only benefits ourselves but all those around us.

What is Modern Buddhism?

Modern Kadampa Buddhism is a special presentation of Buddha’s ancient teachings of compassion and wisdom that is especially suited to the people of our busy, modern world. This presentation is easy to understand and to put into practice. Everybody is welcome and no experience is necessary.

Where do I Start?

We hold weekly meditation classes at KMC Liverpool (Sefton Park) & 10 other locations across the region. We also hold special events and courses which are more in-depth. We offer classes suitable for all levels of interest.
