In this half day course Pauline will introduce strategies to enable you to become more accepting and flexible in dealing with whatever appears or fails to appear in your life. You may even come to see unwanted or unexpected situations as challenges that encourage you to grow, instead of problems that weigh you down with stress. You will learn how to create and maintain your own peaceful mind that protects you against whatever life throws at you.
