Step 2 w/c May 13: Why do we get Anxious? (Self Grasping and Self Cherishing)

Step 3 w/c May 20: What helps me when I get Anxious. What if? - Deconstructing the mental thoughts that cause the anxiety: (Patience; Compassion)

No classes w/c May 27: (Spring Festival, May 24-29)

Step 4 w/c Jun 3: Emptiness - the self and the objects I normally see do not exist. Therefore I can stop worrying and live without fear.
