We are delighted to be hosting our annual Open Day for everyone to come and see what we are about.
We will be opening our doors at 11:00am until 3pm.
We will be offering FREE taster meditation classes, children’s classes, and our Café will be open offering
refreshments and cake!
It is free to attend the day and everyone is welcome.
