About

How can we stay positive in a world filled with uncertainty, turmoil, and constant change? In these meditation classes, we will learn Buddhist meditations that enable us to transform the challenges and pain we encounter - both around us and within us - into opportunities for personal growth and spiritual development.


As a result, we will cultivate qualities such as compassion and wisdom, while building the inner resilience necessary to face life’s daily challenges with courage and clarity


These classes include two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic. After each class, there is time for Q&A.

Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is

required.
