About

Each week we will cover, step by step, the Buddhist meditations that Buddha himself explained would help us to solve all our daily problems and enable us to develop deep and lasting peace and contentment.


The meditations themselves are for all levels.

No previous experience necessary.

The teacher will give a commentary to each meditation explaining the deep insights to be gained that will bring immediate and lasting benefit to our lives.
