Love and Compassion - St Helens

Love is a virtuous wish for others to be happy. Compassion is a virtuous wish for others to be free from suffering. Meditating on love and compassion cultivates a good heart and if we carry this good heart into our daily life our whole life will take on greater meaning. In this two week series we will explore how, acting out of love and compassion towards others is the real meaning of happiness, for we create happiness and freedom from suffering not only for others but also for ourself.
